It is beneficial in the case of:
• Swelling on the shoulders
• Cramps in neck
• Cervical Spondylisis

• Start with 5 to 10 minutes twice a day. Over a period of about one month, if needed, you can extend the treatment time up to 30 minutes twice a day as maximum. In case of any discomfort reduce the time.
